Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
At be ByMyPearl.com customer satisfaction is top priority. For any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return your item for a full refund within 90 days. Please, be advised that our money back guarantee is effective on all items other than custom made orders or items that have been specially changed for our clients. Items that have been special ordered or modified are non-refundable. All returned items must include original packaging or box and must be in the same new condition. For proper handling of any items please, contact us via e-mail or phone. We will issue you a return authorization form via e-mail. Any packages returned without an authorization form are not accepted and returned to sender. We highly recommend that packages returned to us are insured and send with UPS, DHL or FedEx for proper tracking. As soon as we receive your package we will send you e-mail confirmation. Refunds on returned items are credited to your credit card and will appear as a refund on your credit card statement. Please, allow up to 2 weeks before refunds are posted to your account.
